Liu Chunhua Art Foundation

On September 12th, the Foundation of Beijing Art Exposition launched “Liu Chunhua Art Foundation”. Zhang Miao, Undersecretary of Propaganda Department of Beijing Municipal Party Committee, Zhou Maofei, Director of Beijing State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office, Liu Kaiyang, Deputy Secretary of Leading Party Group of Beijing Literary Federation, Guan Yu, Deputy Director of Beijing Bureau of Culture, Liu Chunhua, Former President of Beijing Academy, Guo Lishuang, Chairman of Beijing Cultural Industry Chamber of Commerce, Xi Xiaoping, Art Director of Beijing Art Exposition and Wang Tongren, Shiqi, Wang Tiansheng, Ke Tongzhi, have attended the opening ceremony.

On the opening ceremony, Zhou Maofei, Director of Beijing State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office and Director of the Organizing Committee of Beijing Art Exposition made a speech and unveiled ceremony for artwork “Shi Shi Ru Yu”, which donated by Liu Chunhua to the Foundation of Beijing Art Exposition, marked “Liu Chunhua Art Foundation” officially launch.

Liu Chunhua, Former President of Beijing Academy, National First Class Artist. He created oil painting “Chairman Mao goes to Anyuan”, which is well-known and far reaching. He is good at character, flower and bird, landscape painting. His artwork takes the real life as theme, subtle, profound and refinement.

Liu Chunhua Art Foundation aims at promoting and striving modern art renovation and development, which is the first named of artists of beneficial found launched by Foundation of Beijing Art Exposition, Liu Chunhua Found is to strive Beijing cultural originality industry development, developing function of raising, aiding, collect art resource of all sectors of society, encouraging the sound development of contemporary painting, building the bridge of contemporary painting and international art institution, enhancing foreign cultural communication and cooperation, expand the contemporary painting domestic and abroad influence, to build an international influential famous art fund, feed back the poor artists and the artists who devote themselves to the art research and creation.

On the launching ceremony, Guan Yu, Deputy Director of Beijing Bureau of Culture, issued certificates of award to mainland artist, Zhang Yuan, MiQiao Ming, Shi Man, Taiwan artist, Zhuo Laicheng, Korea artist, Jin Zhulie. Later Liu Chunhua award Hou Guanbi 100,000 RMB as support.
